Our team (CERT Cyberseg) created tools for detection, response, investigation and remediation. We also managed the Incidente Response management of complex security mitigations and provide PIE with security coaching and response. Worked with the larger security organization to alter the approach of working with service teams to make it more effective in latin America (ISP's, Bank's and SOC's).
